How Credits Work: Your membership loads credits into your account based on your chosen plan: Monthly Plans: 2 credits or 5 credits per month. Annual Plans: 24 credits or 52 credits per year. You can use these credits at whatever pace you like.
Running Out of Credits: If you use all your credits before your next billing date or before your annual membership year ends, you can still book visits at a discount off the retail price (for your chosen service), or choose to buy a new membership to reload your credits. 2x-per-month members receive a 25% discount, and Weekly members receive a 33% discount.
Personal Use: Memberships are just for you and cannot be shared or transferred. Please be ready to show a photo ID at check-in.
Monthly Memberships: Cancel anytime by emailing service@goathaircuts.com. This stops future billing at the end of your current payment cycle. We do not offer partial refunds.
Annual Memberships: Annual plans are paid upfront and are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop the automatic renewal on your anniversary date.
No-Show Policy: Because our stylists set aside time just for you, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
Price Updates: We may update pricing from time to time, but we will always give you at least 30 days' notice before any automatically-applied change takes effect.
