HAIRCUT MEMBERSHIPS

We offer memberships on our core service menu, including our Apprentice Kids Cut. You can choose from a twice-a-month membership, or a weekly plan. Annual memberships are also available where you pay for 11 months and get 1 month free.

We hope you will! While tipping is not mandatory, it is customary and is an important part of our barber's income.  We all greatly appreciate your generosity!

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time by emailing us at service@goathaircuts.com. We do not offer refunds for memberships, but they can be cancelled immediately without penalty. Just let us know in writing and include your name, phone, and email on your account.  We'll reply within 24 hours with confirmation of cancelation.

Annual memberships cannot be cancelled. Let us know if you don't want your membership to auto-renew at the annual anniversary.

You pay upfront for 11 months and receive 12 months of benefits.  1 month free!  Please be aware that there are no refunds, or pro-rated refunds, for unused or unwanted time.

No, not forever. Unfortunately it's a reality that the cost of living goes up every year, as does the cost of running this business. We adjust pricing every year for both regular pricing and our recurring memberships.

When you make a membership payment your account is automatically loaded with credits. These credits are redeemed when you visit and receive a haircut. This all happens automatically by our system. In the event you use all of your credits before your next payment, active members can purchase additional visits at 25% off (for 2x/month members) or 33% (for weekly members).

Credits expire at the end of each period and do not roll over. However the next payment reloads the account with fresh credits.

Our memberships are based on expected use. They are not unlimited. We offer two frequencies:

- 2x per month

- Weekly 

Yes, you may freeze your membership for 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months, after which time they will automatically return to active status. There is no fee for this feature. You may freeze your account once per year.

Note: Our retired, legacy memberships cannot be frozen.
