Our team is career-oriented. Our growth plans are bold. We need great people to serve our clients, as we work to groom future leaders. Our compensation plans include hourly W-2 wages, tips, commissions on product sales, bonuses and other team and individual incentives. Our employees tell us frequently that the average GOAT customer tip is much higher than their previous employers! Additionally, our managers enjoy increased base pay, plus quarterly and annual incentive bonus plans.

Continuing education matters

We know that career-minded barbers and stylists take their craft seriously. We are very committed to providing consistent education opportunities for our team. We host outside experts as well as showcase the teaching skills of our team. We attend expos and partner with schools. Our education program is industry-leading and core to who we are. In addition, we provide fantastic training to help get you comfortable with all of our services and the tools they require, including straight razor work. We’ll train you and prepare you!

Quality of life

We are focused on quality, not quantity. We encourage our team to slow down and deliver an amazing experience for each guest. This attitude extends beyond the physical wear-and-tear cutting hair can cause, it is the way we guide all decision making. We don’t force a particular schedule on you; you structure your schedule around your life and the rest of the team at your store. We are always closed on Sundays and on most major holidays, so you can count on those days off and keep a real work-life balance. Our customer’s experience matters, and so does yours.
