G.O.A.T. Haircuts, LLC ("G.O.A.T.", "we") runs this website, the G.O.A.T. Haircuts app and our stores in Utah and Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Booking and account details you give us when you book, buy a membership or gift card, or create an account: name, phone number, email address and appointment history.
- Payment information. Cards are processed and stored by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We don't keep card numbers at our stores or on our computers.
- Messages you send us, such as emails to our team.
- Website usage information collected automatically, such as pages visited, the site that referred you, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address.
How we use it
- To book and manage appointments, memberships and gift cards.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders and service notifications.
- To answer your questions and improve our services and website.
- To keep our services secure and meet legal obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number when booking, we send text messages about your appointments, such as confirmations, reminders and changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data is never shared with third parties, except the service providers who deliver our messages for us.
Booking and service providers
Online booking, memberships, gift cards and our app are provided by our scheduling partner, Zenoti. When you book, your information is handled under Zenoti's terms on our behalf. We also use providers for payments, email and text delivery, website hosting (Cloudflare) and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how people use our website, for example which pages are visited and how many visitors book. These tools use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works without them.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, when required by law, or to protect our customers, team and business.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Children
Our website and app are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them online. Appointments for children are booked by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing privacy@goathaircuts.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
